Professionalism and courtesy

Heather was the ideal lead for my condo renovation project. She handled the complete effort (decluttering and disposing, design suggestions, construction focal point) with professionalism and courtesy. The attention to detail and communication with me was superb. Even though I was distant (out of country) she made me feel I was present and part of the project throughout. With design alternatives, suggestions and trade-offs, it all came in about 10% under budget/forecast. You would be lucky to secure her for your project.
