It was jammed with books, art, recreational equipment and many other items from years of heavy usage. We distributed the contents to six different addresses, including an auction house, storage and family members. Diana and the Moving on Organizing team handled much of the packing and all of the transporting. They did it impeccably and efficiently. We were very impressed and appreciative.

They helped me move from a bungalow to a condo where there was so much decluttering and organizing that I didn’t know where to start.  Heather helped me purge my old home of everything that wasn’t needed, organized all the moving logistics, designed my new space, sourced all the furniture and optimized my new condo set up based on how I live, creating a space that I truly love to call home. Heather, Diana and their team recently helped us move into short-term rental and storage while we renovate. This is our third or fourth time working with Moving On (depending on how you count). Other projects included an international move (and return), and the furnishing and set up of a pied a terre (including a surprise Christmas tree) by long distance. Individually and together, Heather, Diana and their team are organized, knowledgeable, thorough, careful, efficient, trustworthy and kind, and their service offers exceptional value for money.

First, the decluttering, then the packing and storage and finally the unpacking. They are extremely well organized and delightful to work with. We used all their recommended suppliers from handymen, painters and cleaners and we were very satisfied with the work done. This isn’t the first time my family has worked with Heather and Moving On Organizing, but it was my first time working with her directly on a large project involving my home office, gym, and basement storage areas. The experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Heather is incredibly organized, fast, punctual, and efficient. The entire project moved smoothly because her process is so well thought out. She began with a clear assessment, created a structured plan, sourced exactly what was needed, and then executed it with precision.

Planning & Design: Heather mapped out systems that fit the way I use each space, including the flow of the office, the layout of the gym, and the long-term storage structure for the basement.

Sourcing: She handled all product selection — shelving, storage solutions, cable management, hooks, accessories, and organizational tools — saving me time and guesswork.

Execution:

The gym is now fully streamlined with proper storage, clean equipment placement, and clutter-free surfaces.

The office is organized in a way that actually supports productivity, with every item having a clear home.

The basement now has a proper storage system instead of a pile of bins and random shelves.

Team Support:

Erin and Kelly were fantastic — efficient, helpful, detail-oriented, and easy to work with.

Vitaly, the handyman, took care of all the drilling, mounting, measuring, and installations with great workmanship.

What stood out most was how coordinated and seamless the entire experience felt. The project moved quickly, the communication was excellent, and the end result was a dramatic transformation of all three spaces.
